Default Units of Measure

To select the default units of measure used in ShipHero, follow the steps below:

1. Using your top menu, click My Account > Settings.
2. Click App Settings.
3. Using the drop-down Default Weight Unit, select the unit you want to use.
4. Choose the Dimension Unit.
5. Set Default Package Dimensions if desired.
