If a batch takes longer than usual to load when trying to batch pick on the mobile application, this typically indicates that most orders have inventory in unpickable bin locations.
Solution to Long Loading Times
Check that your inventory is in pickable locations. If not, transfer existing inventory pickable bins.
- Using the ShipHero Mobile App, select Inventory from the main menu.
- Find a product by SKU or name, or scan the product barcode.
- Click Edit Inventory.
- Select Location Transfer.
- Choose From Location > Choose To Location.
- Confirm.
