NOTE: These instructions are only applicable to clients using static slotting.
Sometimes it's necessary to remove an order from a specific tote it's locked into. This is done by clearing a tote. This removes all products from the tote.
- Using the top menu, click on Orders, then go to Totes.
- Find the tote you're looking for and click Clear Tote (you can find the tote number on the order details page)
