How to Print Packing Slips for Wholesale Orders

When you're shipping wholesale orders, a Packing Slip is your customer's best friend. It lists exactly what is inside each specific package or container so they can verify their shipment easily. Once you generate these, ShipHero automatically attaches a PDF version to the order for you.

IMPORTANT

If you void/discard a label and change how items are packed, make sure to regenerate the packing slips. This ensures the paperwork matches the new packing layout.

How to Print Packing Slips

The most important thing to remember is the order of operations: you need to generate your shipping labels first. This allows the system to know which items are in which box before it creates the slip.

  1. Open your Wholesale Order.
  2. Once your labels are ready, click the Print Packing Slips button.

Example Packing Slips

Depending on the type of wholesale order you are shipping (Courier or Freight) determines what the packing slip looks like when generated.
