ShipHero User Settings Reference

ShipHero user settings control what each user can see and do, from their default warehouse and print station to the scanning rules they follow on the mobile app. Settings are grouped into sections on each user's profile. To open a profile, go to the Users & Roles page and select the user's name.

Before You Begin

  • Required user role permission: To change another user's settings, you need the Admin role or the Edit Users permission.

To create a user, see How to Create and Manage Users in ShipHero. For the API Access section, see How to Give a ShipHero User API Access.
