Known UniUni Limitations

| Domestic shipments only | UniUni only handles shipments within the U.S. or within Canada. Cross-border international shipments are not supported. |
| Multi-package shipments not supported | UniUni does not currently support multi-package shipments. This is in progress with the ShipHero carrier team. In the meantime, generate each label separately for orders with multiple packages. |
| No P.O. Box or Military address delivery | UniUni cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Route these shipments through USPS or Canada Post instead. |
| Dangerous Goods require UniUni authorization | ShipHero can pass a Dangerous Goods designation to UniUni when the "Dangerous Goods" category is set on a SKU, but UniUni must enable this on their side before it will be accepted. Contact your UniUni representative to confirm authorization before shipping Dangerous Goods. See How to Ship Dangerous Goods in ShipHero for setup details. |
UniUni Error Messages
| Error | Cause | Resolution |

| pickup_warehouse cannot be empty | UniUni has not configured a Pickup Warehouse for your account. This must be set on UniUni's side — it is not configurable in ShipHero. | Contact your UniUni representative and ask them to configure a Pickup Warehouse associated with your ShipHero account before retrying. |
| No rates returned | UniUni does not service the destination address (e.g., P.O. Box, Military address, or unsupported region). | Verify the destination address is a valid residential or commercial address within the U.S. or Canada. Route P.O. Box and Military addresses through USPS or Canada Post. |
| Authentication failed | The Client ID or Client Secret entered during setup is incorrect or has expired. | Go to Shipping > Carriers, disconnect UniUni, and reconnect with the correct credentials from UniUni. |
