Wholesale Orders Page: Calendar View

Calendar View is a date-based view on the Wholesale Orders page. It plots wholesale orders on their operational dates so you can see what's due when, without opening orders one at a time.

Calendar View is one of two view modes on the Wholesale Orders page. For the default list-based view, see List View: Wholesale Orders Page in ShipHero.

Select Calendar in the top-right toggle of the Wholesale Orders page to switch to it, and List to switch back.

Calendar View: How Orders Appear on the Calendar

Wholesale orders carry up to three dates, and the Calendar plots each one separately.

Because each date is plotted separately, a single order can appear more than once on the Calendar: once for each date it has. An order with a Prep by date, a Ship by date, and a Pickup date appears three times, on three different days. A colour legend sits above the calendar grid.

If a date has not been set on an order, no card appears for that date type. For example, an order without a Pickup date will not appear on any day as a Pickup card. A missing card means the date is not set on the order, not that the order is missing.

Each card shows:

  • The date type it represents (for example, PREP BY)
  • The order number
  • The client account the order is associated with
  • Status badges for the order

Calendar view is read-only. Dates and Outbound Progress cannot be edited or dragged from the Calendar. To make changes, switch to List View or open the order.

Calendar View: Week and Month Views

Use the Month and Week toggle in the top-right of the filter row to change the layout.

  • Week shows one column per day for the selected week, with the date range shown above the toggle.
  • Month shows a monthly grid, with each order date plotted on its corresponding day.

Navigate with the arrow controls to move to the previous or next period, and select Today to return to the period containing the current date.

Each day header shows the total number of orders falling on that day, followed by a breakdown by date type (for example, Ship by: 4 or Pickup: 2). This lets you size a day's workload before reviewing the individual cards.

Calendar View: Top Banners

The Calendar view keeps the same two summary banners used by the List view.

  • Orders to process: Total orders, Ready to pick, Picking, and Packing.
  • Outbound schedule: Total orders, Awaiting schedule, Ready for pickup, and Due today.

Calendar View: Search and Filters

  • Search: Find orders by Order Name or Order ID. Partial search available from the 3rd character.
  • Filters: Status, Shipping, Outbound Progress, Date type, and Retailer.
    • Date type limits the calendar to specific date types. Selecting only Ship by, for example, hides all Prep by and Pickup cards.
    • Outbound Progress filters by outbound stage: Awaiting Schedule, Ready for Pickup, or Complete.

Selecting several values within the same filter shows orders matching any of them. Filters from different categories apply together, so you can narrow to a single date type for a single outbound stage.
