Walmart retired the Delegated Access credentials used by some Walmart US store connections in ShipHero. If your store still uses those credentials, you must reauthorize the connection before Walmart disables it.

Reauthorize every affected Walmart US store connection by this date to avoid an interruption in order and inventory sync.
Before You Begin
- ShipHero access: You must be able to sign in to your ShipHero account.
- Walmart credentials: You need the email address or user ID and password for the Walmart account associated with the affected store.

How to Reauthorize a Walmart US Store Connection
Start the Reauthorization in ShipHero
- Go to ShipHero and sign in. If a Walmart US store requires reauthorization, an action-required banner appears at the top of the dashboard.
- Select Review Stores on the right side of the banner. This opens the Stores page.
- Find the affected Walmart connection and, in the Actions column, select Re-Auth.
If a store doesn't show a Re-Auth option, disconnecting and reconnecting the store also restores the connection. Before disconnecting, note the store's current status mapping settings so you can restore them after reconnecting.
Reauthorize in Walmart
- Enter the email address or user ID and password for the Walmart account associated with the store, then select Log In.
- Complete any additional verification Walmart requests.
- Review the access ShipHero needs to manage the connection, including the account profile, inventory, items, and orders.
- Select Authorize. Selecting Decline stops the reauthorization.

Confirm the Reauthorization
After you authorize the connection, Walmart redirects you to the ShipHero Stores page.
The store's reauthorization is complete when its Walmart connection no longer shows the Re-Auth button. The action-required banner disappears once every affected Walmart US store has been reauthorized.
If other Walmart stores still show Re-Auth, repeat these steps for each affected connection.
Reauthorization complete. No further action is required for this store.
