ShipHero has a native integration with TikTok Shop, allowing you to automatically sync orders, manage inventory, and generate shipping labels directly from ShipHero. This article covers everything you need to connect your TikTok Shop to ShipHero, including requirements, shipping type configuration, and the step-by-step setup process.

Requirements and Limitations
Review these requirements and limitations before connecting TikTok Shop to ShipHero.
Important
If you currently have your TikTok Shop linked to Shopify, you must disconnect that link before integrating TikTok Shop with ShipHero.
- All TikTok products must have a Seller SKU associated or we won't be able to import your Products and Orders. The TikTok Seller SKU maps to the ShipHero SKU. It's our primary way of identifying your Products across all Sales Channels.

Seller Shipping/TikTok Shipping is selected at the account level. It's not possible to select Seller Shipping for some orders, and TikTok Shipping for others.
If this setting is changed in TikTok's Seller Center, the change will only apply to orders received after the change. Any previous orders would have the previous setting applied. For example, if you change from Seller Shipping to TikTok Shipping on Nov. 8, any orders placed before Nov. 8 would still need to be shipped using Seller Shipping.
- ShipHero does NOT currently support bundles or kits created in TikTok Shop. If the order contains a TikTok KIT, it will not be imported to ShipHero. If you would like to include bundles or kits in your TikTok Shop, be sure to build them in ShipHero. The steps are outlined in the article How to Create and Edit Kits in ShipHero.
- TikTok orders can be merged; however, TikTok does not support duplicate tracking numbers in its system. Merged orders use a single tracking number that is applied to both the master order and the child order. As a result, TikTok will not accept the same tracking number for two separate orders.
- ShipHero does NOT support split shipments from TikTok Shop.
- ShipHero does NOT currently support the Multi-Warehouse feature for TikTok Shops.
How to Find Your TikTok Fulfillment Type
TikTok Shop offers two fulfillment types: Seller Provided Shipping and TikTok Shipping. Your fulfillment type determines how shipping labels are generated and which section of this article applies to you. Follow the steps below to check your current setting before proceeding.
- Log in to Seller Central on TikTok Shop.

Under the main menu on the left-hand side, click Orders > Shipping Settings.

On the Select a Shipping Setting screen, click the Shipping and Delivery tab. Here you will see your current TikTok Order Type. You can also switch it, but keep in mind that the new order type will only be active for new orders. We highly advise that you don't make this switch without proper planning on how you will fulfill legacy orders.

Seller Provided Shipping
With Seller Provided Shipping, you are responsible for generating and managing shipping labels using your own carrier accounts connected to ShipHero. TikTok defines SLA delivery windows that your chosen carrier must meet. Seller Provided Shipping: SLA Requirements
For all shipping options, orders must be delivered on or before the business day requirements to be eligible to ship with the desired option.
The order must be shipped within 2 business days after the order is paid.

You can use the TikTok Shipping Options to set up ShipHero Order Automation Rules to assign your order to a specific Shipping Service or a Custom Shipping Profile defined by using our RateShop+ feature.
If you have a lot of carriers connected, we encourage you to set up a Shipping Profile, because TikTok supports a specific set of carriers. You can only generate labels for those respective carriers in order for us to automatically send the Shipment Notification and Tracking details back to TikTok.

Merchants are able to revise shipping provider information once, and only within 72 hours of initially uploading a tracking number. This means that if you make a mistake and need to void and regenerate a label, TikTok will only accept ONE update within 72 hours and NO update after 72 hours.
The package must be picked up within 24 hours after the order has been packaged, the label generated, and the tracking number uploaded to TikTok via our automated shipment notification.
TikTok Shipping
With TikTok Shipping, TikTok provides and manages the shipping labels on your behalf. You select a preferred carrier and TikTok automatically assigns a shipping service that meets the buyer's chosen delivery speed. You have 3 business days to ship orders.
Note for 3PLs: When a client uses the TikTok Shipping option, meaning TikTok is providing the labels, the client that owns the TikTok Shop MUST add TikTok as a Carrier at the client account level, NOT the 3PL level. To properly enable this you MUST use the 3PL customer setting Use Customer Shipping Accounts. Here is more information about Managing 3PL Customer Settings.
- TikTok Shop provides both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping service for sellers.
- Standard Shipping service is the default shipping option.
- The customer may select their shipping option speed at checkout.
- TikTok platform will automatically assign a service (based on the buyer's selected shipping option and seller's preferred carrier) that will deliver within that order's commitment time.

TikTok Carrier Shipping Method Codes
The TikTok shipping options above come in as the ShipHero Order's shipping name. You can use an automation rule to route the order to the ShipHero TikTok carrier and select the appropriate Shipping Method code:
- 1 — One Day Shipping
- 2 — Two Day Shipping
- 99 — No delivery time constraint. Usually a ground service that will take 2–7 business days.
If you have any shipments sent via USPS, you will need to log in to TikTok to generate the Shipping Manifest if your pickup driver requires it. Instructions on how to generate a TikTok USPS Manifest are available on TikTok's Seller University.
How to Set-Up TikTok & ShipHero

Log in to your ShipHero WMS account and navigate to My Account > Stores.

Click Add New Store and select TikTok. This will trigger the authentication process.

On the next screen, click Next to authorize your TikTok store in your region.
ShipHero currently only supports the U.S. Region.

On the next screen you will be prompted to identify the TikTok Shop you would like to integrate. (If you have more than one TikTok Shop, make sure to select the right one.) After selecting your target shop, make sure the duration option is set as unlimited.
Then enter your contact information, select the checkbox to agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click Confirm to Install.

On the next screen, click Authorize at the bottom of the screen. This will give ShipHero access to your TikTok Shop information so that the integration can be set up.

Once you have clicked Authorize, it will take a few minutes for the connection to be established between ShipHero and TikTok Shop. Once complete, you will automatically be redirected back to ShipHero and your new TikTok Shop store connection will be listed in your Stores list.
After the connection is established, ShipHero will start downloading available products and orders. You should be able to begin fulfilling these orders immediately.
