Blind Count Option

While conducting a Cycle Count you can choose to have Blind Count enabled. Blind Count means the person assigned to count a particular item or location will not be able to see the expected count. Any errors will be visible on the final Cycle Count report, but not in real-time.

When Blind Count is disabled, the person counting the inventory will be able to see the expected amount and will receive an error message right away if the count is off. This gives them the opportunity to redo the count to fix the error in the moment.
