Overview: Carrier Service Status and Operational Alerts

Use the links below to monitor carrier health and API status. Bookmark this page and check the relevant links if you experience delays in label generation, tracking synchronization, or delivery windows.

Some carriers do not have their own API status pages. In those cases, we recommend using a third-party monitoring tool like Shipping API Monitor or the status page of a shipping platform like Shippo.

Major Integrated Carriers

These carriers have direct integrations with ShipHero. Use the Technical Status links if you are having trouble generating labels or fetching shipping rates.

Carrier Aggregators

If you use a third-party gateway to access multiple carriers through ShipHero, these platforms handle the connection between our system and the carrier. If their system is down, all connected carriers will be affected.

Internal System Monitoring

If carrier systems are reported as operational but you are still experiencing issues with order syncing, label printing, or logging into your dashboard, the issue may be on ShipHero's end.

  • ShipHero Support: If both the carrier and ShipHero status pages are green but you are still experiencing issues, contact our support team or visit the ShipHero Knowledge Base.
