Shipping internationally requires more information to be entered for products than a domestic shipmentbecause of the customs declartaion paperwork also known as a commercial invoice. Missing customs data will cause label generation to fail.
Each product in your order must have:
- Customs Description - Product description for customs
- Customs Value - Declared value per item
- Country of Origin - ISO2 country code (e.g., "US", "CN")
- Weight - Item weight in ounces
- HS/Tariff Code - 6-10 digit harmonized code (recommended for DDP)
- Quantity - Number of items
