By utilizing Bin Locations, ShipHero optimizes picking routes to minimize travel distance based on the sequence of your warehouse locations.
Single Item Batch Picking Process
Follow these steps to execute a Single Item Batch pick using the mobile interface:
- Log into the ShipHero Mobile App.
- Select Single Item Batch from the home page.
- Scan an empty tote to associate it with the batch.
- The application will display the specific items required for the pick.
- Scan the item and confirm the quantity being placed into the tote.
- The application will automatically advance to the next item in the optimized route once the current pick is confirmed.
Performance and Replenishment
To maintain peak efficiency during the picking process, ensure that inventory levels are managed correctly within pickable locations.
If you experience performance delays or slowness during the mobile batch-picking process, review the Replenishment Report. Ensure that sufficient inventory is available in pickable Bin Locations.
