Troubleshooting: Multiple Duplicate Shipping Labels Printing

If multiple duplicate shipping labels are printed for a single order, this typically indicates that more than one ShipHero listener is active on the workstation. To resolve this, you must fully terminate all active processes of the application and restart it.

For macOS (Apple) Computers

Follow these steps to ensure all background listeners are closed on your Mac:

  1. Open the Apple () menu and select Force Quit, or press Command-Option-Esc on your keyboard.
  2. Locate and select the ShipHero application from the list.
  3. Click the Force Quit button to terminate the process.
  4. Relaunch the ShipHero application from your Applications folder.

For Windows (PC) Computers

Follow these steps to clear the active ShipHero tasks on your PC:

  1. Right-click the Taskbar at the bottom of your screen and select Task Manager.
  2. In the Processes or Details tab, locate the ShipHero application.
  3. Select the application and click End Task.
  4. Relaunch the ShipHero application from your Desktop or Start menu.
