Troubleshooting: Order Not Showing in Multi-Batch Queue

Orders canceled while still in a tote will not appear in the multi-batch queue. If an order is canceled with items still in a tote, manually clear the tote. Items left in a tote after cancellation may block future orders from allocating or appear as ready to pick.
