Either option gives you the same ability to manage 3PL client settings according to your needs.
Step 2: Choose 3PL Client Account Settings
Choose the account settings for the new 3PL client. See How to Manage 3PL Client Settings for every available setting.
- Connect the customer's store to ShipHero from their account.
- Download all products and orders from the store.
- Add the products to bin locations.
Step 3: Automate 3PL Client Shipping and Orders
- Go to the Shipping > Methods page in the ShipHero dashboard and map the customer's shipping methods.
- Go to the Automation Rules page and create the client's automation rules. Create these from the client account only.
For how automation rules work across a 3PL and its clients, see How to Create Automation Rules for 3PL Clients.
Step 4: Set Up the 3PL Client Billing Profile
Configure the customer's billing profile on your 3PL account. Create a new billing profile from the 3PL dashboard. See How to Create a 3PL Client Billing Profile for full instructions.
