The Item Locations Report shows exactly how inventory is stored across your warehouses, down to the SKU and bin level. If your account has License Plate Numbers (LPNs) enabled, the report distinguishes between loose units sitting directly on a shelf and units stored inside an LPN. This distinction keeps inventory counts accurate for B2B and wholesale fulfillment.

Navigating the Item Locations Report
Each line on the report represents a SKU in the specified location. For SKUs stored in multiple locations, multiple lines will be displayed on the report.
Item Locations Report Search and Filter Options
Use the search field to narrow the report to specific SKUs and locations within your warehouse. Below is a table of all the available filters and the various options available, each offering a multi-select option.

Item Locations Report Columns Defined
These columns represent the data fields included in the Item Locations report and CSV exports. Change which columns are displayed by editing the column visibility. Open the Columns menu in the top right-hand corner, check the columns you want to show and uncheck the columns you want to hide.

Exporting the Item Locations Report
Export the report by selecting the Export button on the top right corner of the page. There are two options
- All Rows to CSV: Downloads all report data based on active filters.
- Visible Rows to CSV: Downloads only the currently displayed data based on active filters.
Inventory Changes via the Item Locations Report
Required User Permissions: To perform inventory adjustments via the Item Locations report, ensure the following user permissions are enabled:
- Reports: View/Edit
- Products: View/Edit
- License Plate Numbers: View/Edit (LPNs must also be enabled at the account level)
How to Adjust Loose Inventory in the Item Locations Report
Follow these steps to update the quantity of loose inventory at a location:
- Go to the Inventory & locations > Item Locations page.
- Locate the desired SKU and Location row in the report.
- Click the Edit (pencil icon) at the end of the row.
- Select the Loose option in the From dropdown.
- Enter the updated Quantity.
- Enter a Reason for the adjustment.
- Click Save.

How to Adjust LPN Inventory in the Item Locations Report
When adjusting the inventory of an SKU in an LPN on the Item Locations Report you can access the Edit item location module two ways, by selecting the Edit icon of the report line (as mentioned above; just select the LPN that needs to be adjusted instead of the loose option), or from the LPN list as instructed below.
- Navigate to the Inventory & locations > Item Locations page.
- Identify the row for the specific location you wish to manage.
- Click on the LPN Quantity value to view the list of containers at that site.
- Click the Edit (pencil icon) next to the LPN you need to adjust.
- Enter the new Quantity in the adjustment window.
- Select an Adjustment Reason.
- Add Comments or Lot information if applicable.
- Click Save.

Adjustments made in the Edit Item Location module update both the specific LPN total and the overall location total at the same time.
Clearing the Hospital Flag in the Item Locations Report
A picker marks a location Hospital when they flag it as non-pickable because of an inventory issue, such as a unit count that doesn't match what the system expects. The Item Locations Report lets you find every location currently flagged as Hospital and clear the flag from several locations at once, instead of clearing them one at a time.

Required Permissions to Clear the Hospital Flag in the Item Locations Report
Users need the Bins Edit permission enabled to clear the Hospital flag from the Item Locations Report.
How to Clear the Hospital Flag in Bulk from the Item Locations Report
Use this method to clean up multiple Hospital-flagged locations at once, such as after a cycle count or when cleaning up historical location data.
- Go to the Inventory & locations > Item Locations page.
- Filter locations for Hospital:Yes.
- Use the checkboxes on the left to select the locations to clear.
- Click Clear Hospital Flag in the Bulk Actions Bar that appears at the top of the table.
- Review the list in the confirmation modal.
- Click Clear Flag to remove the Hospital flag from all selected rows.

Deleting Item Locations
There are two ways to delete item locations depending on whether you are performing a quick fix or a bulk warehouse reorganization.
Deleting an item location removes the SKU's association with that location. It does not delete the location itself from the system. To remove a location entirely, delete it from the Inventory > Locations page instead.
Item Location Deletion Prerequisites
- User Permission: User must have Locations: Delete permission enabled in their user settings to remove/delete item locations.
- Required location conditions: See chart below for the specific location conditions that must be met before you will be able to remove it from a SKU.

Method 1: Deleting a Single Item Location
Use this method for removing a specific SKU from a bin or cleaning up a single entry.
- Navigate to the Inventory & locations > Item Locations page.
- Locate the row for the item and location combination you wish to remove.
- Hover over the line and click the Delete icon.
- A confirmation module will appear. Click the red Delete button to finalize.

Use this method for seasonal transitions or when a specific zone in your warehouse has been cleared.
- On the Item Locations screen, use the checkboxes on the left to select multiple rows. The Bulk Actions Bar appears at the top of the table.
- Click the Delete button.
- Review the list in the confirmation modal.
- Click Delete to process all selected rows.
