Table of Contents
Known Sendcloud Limitations
| Limitation | Detail |
|---|---|
| Multi-Package Shipments | Supported only when the specific carrier within Sendcloud also supports them. If a carrier does not support multi-package, an error is returned during quoting or label generation. |
| Rate Display at Packing Station | ShipHero only displays methods that return a valid quote from the carrier. Methods that do not return a quote at the time of packing will not appear. |
Troubleshooting Sendcloud Visibility and Rates
If a Sendcloud shipping method is not appearing or failing to return a rate, check the following:
| Check | What to Do |
|---|---|
| Account Status | Ensure the carrier is fully activated and the specific service is enabled in the Sendcloud UI. |
| Rate Availability | Confirm that rates have been uploaded to Sendcloud for that carrier, or that the carrier's API is successfully returning native quotes. |
| Re-sync | Perform a Sync Services action in ShipHero after making any changes in Sendcloud. |
