Overview: ShipHero User Guide

These articles will give you basic knowledge of the ShipHero platform and applications. Use this as a reference guide for navigating ShipHero.

ShipHero Web Platforms

ShipHero currently has two browser-based web apps that allow you to your warhouse operations. We are currently in the process of transitioning all pages from the app.shiphero.com platform to the Shipping.Shiphero.com platform. 

Pages that have already been ported to the shipping.shiphero.com platform have a forwarding icon in the app.shiphero.com drop downs as shown below. You can also access the shipping.shiphero.com platform by using the navigation link in the top right hand corner.

Below is the list of user guides available for each section of the app.shiphero.com interface. 

    • Dashboard - This user guide explains what data can be viewed from the Web Dashboard.
    • Order Menu - This user guide goes over the dropdown menu for the Orders tab within the Web Dashboard.
    • Return Menu - This user guide reviews the dropdown menu for the Returns tab within the Web Dashboard.
    • Inventory Menu - This user guide reviews the dropdown menu for the Inventory tab within the Web Dashboard.
    • Purchase Orders Menu - This user guide reviews the dropdown menu for the Purchase Orders tab within the Web Dashboard.
    • Reports Menu - The user guide reviews the dropdown menu for the Reports tab within the Web Dashboard.
    • Shipping Menu - The user guide reviews the dropdown menu for the Shipping tab within the Web Dashboard.

ShipHero Applications

Below is a list of the different application interfaces that customers can use with ShipHero.

  • iOS Mobile App - The user guide will provide you the basic knowledge of the ShipHero iOS Mobile app.  
  • ShipHero Packing App - This guide goes over the Packing App and how to troubleshoot.
  • ShipHero Desktop App - AKA the workstaion app; this guide walks you through how to set up the Desktop App and provides additioanl troubleshooting resources.
