ShipHero generates a picking list QR Code when you create a bulk ship batch based on the locations selected during the batch creation process. When you scan the QR code on ShipHero mobile, the user is guided to each pick location to confirm the correct items for the orders in that batch, adding quality control to the bulk shipping process.
For more information on Bulk Ship, please see the guide How to Bulk Ship.
Here is an example of a Picking List QR Code.
How to Use the Picking List QR Code
NOTE: The pick location cannot be changed from mobile because inventory has already been deducted from this location when the bulk ship batch was generated and printed.
- Open ShipHero mobile.
- Scan the QR code to open the picklist. You can scan from any screen on the mobile app or navigate to the Pick List page.
- Tap Start Picking to begin the picking process.
-
Confirm the location by scanning the location barcode in your warehouse.
-
Confirm the item by scanning the product's barcode.
-
Verify the quantity picked and tap Confirm.
- After you tap Confirm you will either be directed to pick the remaining items, or you will see the option to Complete the batch.
