You may have the need to edit multiple orders at once. You can accomplish this by using the Bulk Edit option on the Manage Orders page. This article will walk you through how to bulk edit orders and explain what bulk edit can help you with when updating multiple orders at once.
How to Bulk Edit Orders
1. Log into your ShipHero account and navigate to Orders > Manage Orders.
2. On the Manage Orders page, filter the orders so that the ones you want to edit are displayed.
NOTE:
- The select all check box at the top of the list will only apply to the current page of orders displayed. If you have multiple pages of orders that need to be edited at once expand the row visibility to the required amount to show all orders and then use the top check box to select them.
- If the filters do not narrow your search enough to select all orders at once you can check off the orders individually. As you select the orders on each page the selection from the previous pages will hold.
3. Select the orders you want to edit. To do this, click on the box in the first left hand column next to the Order Date.
4. Click Bulk Edit from the menu buttons along the top on the right hand side.
5. In the Bulk Edit pop-up window, select/add the changes you'd like to make.
6. Save these changes by clicking Update in the lower right hand corner of the Bulk Edit pop-up window.
