If bulk delete isn't working for product locations, you may still have products assigned to the bins you're trying to delete, or you may be trying to delete a location that was used for billing.
Deleting product locations containing products
- Identify which products are in the desired location using https://app.shiphero.com/dashboard/product-locations.
- Modify the inventory in those locations, ensuring that the quantity is zero (0).
- Proceed with bulk deleting the locations.
Deleting product locations used for billing
It is not possible to delete locations that have been used for billing, no matter the bill status. This is by design to avoid any billing issues. You may need to change the name to "Not use" if you want to exclude that bin.
