Adaptive Packing Station Problems
These problems can occur at an adaptive packing station that uses an Xbox Adaptive Controller and the AntiMicro program.
AntiMicro Not Detecting the Adaptive Controller at an Adaptive Packing Station
When AntiMicro cannot detect a gamepad, the main window is blank. A blank screen indicates a problem with the Adaptive Controller connection. Check your hardware configuration for issues.
AntiMicro Program Window Never Appears at an Adaptive Packing Station
When AntiMicro is set to Launch in Tray, the program window does not open on its own. Use the tray icon to display the program window. In the bottom right corner of your desktop, select the small arrow to show hidden tray icons, then click the gamepad icon to open AntiMicro.
Adaptive Controller Button Not Working at an Adaptive Packing Station
When an Adaptive Controller button does not work as expected, or does not work at all, check what the button types. Open a Notepad text document and press a button on the Adaptive Controller. A text string corresponding to the assigned input should appear. Double-check that the assigned strings are correct. If no text appears, there may be a hardware connection problem.
Packer Note Not Dismissing at an Adaptive Packing Station
The OK control on the Adaptive Controller does not dismiss a packer note. To dismiss a packer note, click OK with a mouse or scan the next item. At a station without a mouse, the note can look stuck until the packer scans the next item.
