Blind Count Option
While conducting a Cycle Count, you can choose to enable Blind Count. When Blind Count is enabled, the person assigned to count a particular item or location will not see the expected quantity. Any discrepancies will be visible on the final Cycle Count report, but not in real time.
When Blind Count is disabled, the counter can see the expected quantity and will receive an immediate error message if the count does not match. This gives them the opportunity to recount and correct the error on the spot.
