UPS Simple Rate Shipment Requirements
A shipment must meet all of the following to qualify for UPS Simple Rate pricing:
- Ships within the United States only
- Single-piece shipment only
- Weighs 50 lbs or less
- Prepaid, not freight collect or billed to a third party
- Contains no dangerous goods
Packages containing hazardous materials cannot use Simple Rate pricing and ship at standard UPS rates instead. See How to Ship Dangerous Goods in ShipHero.

UPS Simple Rate offers five size tiers. ShipHero selects the tier based on the dimensions of the package you enter.
