ShipHero offers a native UPS integration, allowing you to pull your negotiated rates, generate labels, include UPS in rate shopping, and track shipments alongside your other carriers.
Several UPS features below need a setting turned on for your account before they work. These are marked Supported (Condition) with a note to contact ShipHero support.

| UPS Mail Innovations label voiding | Not Supported | Mail Innovations labels can't be voided through UPS. ShipHero marks them voided internally, but they remain active with UPS. |
