ShipHero's Legacy Wholesale was deprecated April 1, 2026. Existing unfulfilled wholesale orders in this version will need to be completed using this flow; they are not transferrable to the New Wholesale flow. All wholesale orders created after April 1, 2026 are automatically assigned to the New Wholesale flow.

Wholesale offers the option to use the putaway flow to pick the wholesale items and move them to a staging location. Reach out to ShipHero support to have the QR code picking feature enabled on your account. For 3PLs, the feature should be enabled on the 3PL account level.
Important
It is recommended to utilize paper picking if a wholesale order has more than 25 line items, as this is the current limitation.
- Go to the wholesale order detail page.
- Do NOT Assign Locations if you are going to use the QR code since this will allocate the SKU to the order preventing you from moving it to staging.
