The Email Customer feature will allow you to add a custom email that can be sent to a customer.
How to setup the information:
- Click on the Email Customer button within an order that you are viewing.
An email template can be created in app.shiphero.com> My Account tab> Emails> Add Email button on the top right of the screen.
- The From email is pulled from the Warehouse information under My Account tab> Warehouses> settings> Invoice address section 2nd from the bottom.
- You can also edit the To: email address, CC/Bcc another email address, edit the subject line, and choose if you would like to include the invoice with the email:
