How to Use the 'Email Customer' Feature from Order Details

The Email Customer feature will allow you to add a custom email that can be sent to a customer. 

 

How to setup the information:

  1. Click on the Email Customer button within an order that you are viewing.

    An email template can be created in app.shiphero.com> My Account tab> Emails> Add Email button on the top right of the screen.
  2. The From email is pulled from the Warehouse information under My Account tab> Warehouses> settings> Invoice address section 2nd from the bottom. 
  3. You can also edit the To: email address, CC/Bcc another email address, edit the subject line, and choose if you would like to include the invoice with the email:


  4. You will also be able to see the content of the email template that is being used:
