How to Use Command Barcodes

Command Barcodes are quick, scannable shortcuts that execute specific actions in the ShipHero web application or mobile app. They are special barcodes used during the picking and packing process to speed up your workflow.

They are essentially shortcuts that help warehouse staff complete common tasks quickly and efficiently without having to manually click buttons on a screen. They are typically printed on a "command sheet" and placed strategically at packing stations.

For example, a packer can complete an entire order and print a shipping label by just scanning two barcodes on their desk.
