Viewing the Details of a Shipping Container

Select the hyperlinked container ID on the Shipping Containers page to view its details. On the shipping container details page, you can mark the container as shipped, or use the more actions dropdown to reprint the container label, delete the container, or select View Shipments Report to open the Shipments Report already filtered to that container. Orders scanned into the container are listed with their individual order tracking numbers. Select the blue Order ID link to open an order.

Shipments assigned to a shipping container also appear in the Shipments Report, which includes a Shipping Container ID column and lets you filter or search shipments by container.

How to Remove an Order from a Shipping Container

Orders can only be removed from a shipping container on the container's details page.

  1. On the shipping container's details page, check the packages you want to remove.
  2. Select More actions and choose Remove from the dropdown.
  3. Confirm the action in the pop-up. Any information recorded for that package in the container is lost once removed.
