How to Single Item Batch Pack Using the Packing App

To Single Item Batch (SIB) pack using the ShipHero Packing app, please follow the steps below:

  1. Download the packing app here.
  2. Select the Single Item Batch menu option.
  3. Choose a batch (or scan the tote) and select Start Shipping. The screen will display the number of items picked and the number of orders in that batch.
  4. Choose an order and select Pack Order.
  5. Enter the box dimensions and the number of items packed.
  6. Select Print Packing Slip and Label to print and attach the label.
  7. Select All Done on the screen to complete packing your order.
