Be Sure to Generate End-of-Day Manifests!
Asendia requires the generation of your shipping manifest at the end-of-day before the orders are picked up. A manifest is an electronic and printable document containing a list of shipments that need to be handed over to the Asendia carrier for transport, and it's crucial for accurate billing and proper processing.
How to Generate a Manifest
Once generated, the manifest is sent to Asendia electronically. You can export as CSV in the future if you are keeping records internally.
- Go to the Orders > Manifests page.
- Click Create Manifest.
- Select Asendia/Asendia One from the carrier dropdown, the warehouse you are shipping from, and the date of the shipments you want listed in your manifest. For multi-warehouse accounts, manifests must be generated for each warehouse location separately.
- Hit Generate.
