Product Log Columns Defined
The Product Log table has four columns. Each column describes one part of a change.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Date | The date and time of the change. The log lists the newest changes first. |
| Change | What changed, in plain text. For example, "Needs Serial Number updated from Yes to No" or "Value Currency added: USD". |
| Changed By | The name of the user who made the change. When a connected store, such as Shopify, makes the change, this column is blank and the Change text names the store. |
| Warehouse | The warehouse the change applies to. |
How to Search, Sort, and Export the Product Log
The Product Log has the same table controls as other ShipHero tables.

- Sort: Select a column heading to sort the log by that column.
- Entries per page: Use the number selector next to the export buttons to change how many entries show on each page. Use First, Last, and the page numbers to move between pages.

- Export: Select Export All Rows, CSV, or PDF to export the log.
What the ShipHero Product Log Records
The Product Log records changes to a product's details. Each entry appears as one row in the log.
- Settings and values you change: For example, "Needs Serial Number updated from Yes to No" or "Value Currency added: USD". The Changed By column shows who made the change.
- Changes from a connected store: For example, "Product created from Shopify" or "Product name changed to Writing Desk from Shopify". The Change text names the store.
