If your Shopify products are not appearing in ShipHero, it is likely due to your "Only import products from Shopify that are Published" setting.
How the Setting Works
- Enabled: Only products that are Active and assigned to a Sales Channel in Shopify will import. Drafts are ignored.
- Disabled: All products, including drafts and unpublished items, will sync to ShipHero.
Troubleshooting Missing Products
If a new Shopify product isn't showing up in ShipHero, choose one of the following solutions:
- Publish the Product: Ensure the product is set to "Active" and has at least one Sales Channel selected in Shopify. Wait 5 minutes for the sync to complete.
- Adjust ShipHero Settings: Disable the "Published" filter to allow all products to sync regardless of their Shopify status.

How to Change Your Sync Settings
To update this preference in ShipHero:
- Navigate to My Account > Stores. Select Settings.
- Locate the Sync Settings Shopify to ShipHero section.

- Click Save at the bottom-right of the page.
