ShipHero has introduced a new feature that enables users to change their default language settings. Currently, the platform offers two language options: English and Spanish. If a user chooses to switch to Spanish, the following areas of the ShipHero platform will be updated accordingly:
- ShipHero Mobile App
- Packing App: Single order shipping and Single Item Batch.

How to Change the Default Language for Users
- Go to shipping.shiphero.com > Users & Roles.
- Select the user Name that needs to be updated.
- Scroll down to Settings > Default Language and adjust as needed.
NOTE: The keyboard on the user's device must be set to English. The barcodes will not scan correctly if the keyboard is set to Spanish.
- Hit Save.
