How to Change the Default Language for Users

ShipHero has introduced a new feature that enables users to change their default language settings. Currently, the platform offers two language options: English and Spanish. If a user chooses to switch to Spanish, the following areas of the ShipHero platform will be updated accordingly: 

  • ShipHero Mobile App
  • Packing App: Single order shipping and Single Item Batch.

How to Change the Default Language for Users

  1. Go to Users & Roles page.

     
  2. Select the user Name that needs to be updated.

  3. Scroll down to Settings > Default Language and adjust as needed.

    The keyboard on the user's device must be set to English. The barcodes will not scan correctly if the keyboard is set to Spanish.

  4. Hit Save.
