Passport DDP Country Restrictions
Passport DDP is not available in the following countries:
- Russia, North Macedonia, San Marino, Comoros, Libya
- The British Virgin Islands, Grenada, Honduras, Montserrat
- Saint Maarten, St. Barthelemy, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Martin, St. Vincent & Grenadines
- Turks & Caicos, Samoa, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna
Passport Error Messages
| Error | Cause | Resolution |
|---|---|---|
| Passport does not ship domestically | Origin and destination country are the same. | Verify the shipping address country. |
| Weight cannot be blank | Package weight is missing. | Add weight to the order or product record. |
| Authorization failed | API Access Token is invalid or expired. | Generate a new token in your Passport dashboard and reconnect the carrier in ShipHero. |
| Missing customs data | Products are missing HS codes, country of origin, or customs values. | Update product records with the required customs information before shipping. |
| Timeout errors | Label generation timeout: 60s. Rate quote timeout: 20s. | Retry the label. If timeouts persist, contact ShipHero Support. |
