Hospital and Location Issues in ShipHero Picking
The Hospital feature lets pickers flag a location as non-pickable when there is an inventory problem — such as damaged stock, a count discrepancy, or a missing item. ShipHero stops routing pickers to that location until the flag is cleared by a manager.
| Scenario | Article |
|---|---|
| A picker needs to flag a location during a standard pick | Using the Hospital Location Feature in the Mobile App — how to mark a location as Hospital and set up email notifications. |
| A picker needs to flag a location during a wholesale pick | Using the Hospital Flag While Picking Wholesale Orders — wholesale-specific hospital flag behavior. |
| A tote has a previous shipping error that needs to be cleared | How to Display Previous Shipping Errors and Use the Hospital Flow — how to view errors and use the Hospital flow to resolve problem totes. |
Inventory in a Hospital location is not counted as pickable. If orders are not showing as pickable because of a Hospital location, clear the flag first and confirm inventory quantities before retrying the batch. See Troubleshooting: Why Is My Order Not Pickable?

Order Routing and Fulfillment Sequence Issues in ShipHero
