International Bridge Container and Pallet Consolidation

International Bridge's standard process for high-volume shipments uses a Container: a single label that consolidates many packages for pickup by truck. ShipHero does not generate this Container Label, so you cannot complete International Bridge's standard container flow from inside ShipHero. Use one of the two options below instead.

Scheduled Truck Pickup for High-Volume International Bridge Shipping

When your shipments fill a pallet or more, International Bridge can schedule a truck pickup directly. Contact your International Bridge representative to arrange this. ShipHero does not manage truck pickup scheduling.

Printing a UPS Label from the International Bridge Portal

When your shipment is below a pallet, print a UPS label from your International Bridge portal instead. Pack your International Bridge shipments together and send them to the consolidation facility on your account.

International Bridge generally covers the cost of this UPS label, though coverage can depend on your contract with International Bridge. Confirm the details for your account with your International Bridge representative.

International Bridge Error Messages

Error Cause Resolution
Failed to find a delivery route International Bridge does not have a serviceable delivery route between the origin and destination on this shipment.
