The ShipHero Return Portal is a self-service iFrame you can embed on your storefront so customers can initiate returns without contacting your team. This article covers how to embed the iFrame code on your store.

These settings apply to the self-service Return Portal only. They do not apply when your team manually creates RMAs inside ShipHero. See Overview: Returns Settings for a full summary.
How to Embed the Return Portal iFrame
Steps for embedding the iFrame will vary by store platform. The example below is based on Shopify.
- Go to the My Account > Settings > Customer Returns page.
- Select a language from the drop-down.
- Copy the iFrame code found under Implement Returns in My Store and add it to your website.
